Our Beginnings
Upon deciding that my
career as a bank marketing director was
not satisfying enough anymore, I opened Decadent
Dogs. I took well-known mythographer Joseph
Campbell’s advice to “follow your bliss.” Obviously,
my dogs are my “bliss.” Only
having K-9 kids, I wanted to spoil them like any
mother would their children. I opened Decadent
Dogs to provide the kinds of upscale dog products
and the boutique environment that would attract
other K-9 moms like me. |
 Since opening in 1999,
Decadent Dogs has established
a reputation for the best products and customer service
in the dog world. Decadent Dogs has been featured in
Lake Magazine as Best Pet Accessories Store, the City Dog
series of books, The Purple Book—The Definitive Guide
to Exceptional Online Shopping, Arizona Foothills magazine,
the Shoreline Visitors Guide, the Kalamazoo Gazette, the
Herald-Palladium, and the South Haven Tribune, among many
others. We work hard to provide you and your K-9
kids a fun, yet helpful experience. Custom orders
are always welcome and we will work diligently to fulfill
