Q: Do you offer a guarantee?
A: Yes. We want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your product, complete the back of your packing invoice and simply return it for a prompt and courteous exchange, credit, or refund of the merchandise purchase price. For your protection, return your package insured by UPS or U.S. mail.
We're sorry, but personalized items may not be returned unless defective.

Q: How do I place an order with Decadent Dogs?
A: We have several options for you to choose from.
~ On Line via our Secure Web Server.
~ Call us at 1-866-4K9-KIDS. An associate is available to assist you by phone 10am-5pm EST. Or you can leave a message with your telephone number and name, and we will be happy to return your call as soon as possible.
~ Fax us a completed order form at 269-639-1785.
~ Mail a completed order form to:

Q: I've forgotten my password! What do I do?
A: Select "Sign In" in the top-left or "My Account" in the upper-right. In the box next to "Login:", type the login name you used when you created your account (not your email). Select the option next to "Please Email Me My Password". Click the login button and your password will be sent to the email address you used to create your account with us within a few moments. If after clicking Login, it says "Unknown Login", then you are using the wrong name. If you are having trouble remembering your login name, feel free to call or email us and we will be happy to look up your information.

Q: What is the cost of Shipping and Handling?
A: We will ship your in-stock items within 24 hours. Our method of shipment is by U.S.P.S. priority mail. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery of in-stock merchandise. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped in the same package, but we will notify you if they are not. Occasionally, items will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.
If items are being personalized, we will hold the remaining items in your order and will ship your entire order together when personalization is complete. Please allow two (2) weeks for personalized items unless otherwise noted.
Oversized items may require an additional shipping charge. For those items, the dollar amount to be added to the standard shipping charge is shown in item description.

Q: Is South Haven dog friendly?
A: Most definitely! Besides Decadent Dogs, most shops in town allow dogs inside as long as they are controlled and well-behaved. However, you will find that establishments that sell pharmaceuticals or offer human edibles do not allow our four-legged friends for obvious health reasons. Q: Does Decadent Dogs have dogs available for adoption?
A: To date, we have assisted with the adoption of over 240 dogs through the Al-Van Humane Society. Throughout the year, and especially in the summer, a shelter dog looking for a loving home will make his or her way to the store and be available for adoption. We do not sell dogs and only adopt to the best homes and families! Check out the links section for a selection of dog rescue organizations.
